Invest in a new buy-to-let property with Dandara. We cover all running costs, you simply earn. Returns are based on the sale price and paid quarterly.

A non-refundable reservation fee of £1,000 secures the property for a period of 28 days or until an agreed completion date
Upon completion and the full balance received, you are required to sub-let the property back to Dandara for two years
We will pay you 6% of the purchase price quarterly in advance for two years
During the two-year sub-let period all other outgoings, service charges and rental management fee will be covered
Included in the price will be blinds, a washer/dryer (pre-selected range) fitted ready for occupancy
At the end of the two years, you can take over the tenancy that is inplace, our rental team will amend all agreements so that the tenant pays you directly
After the two year period you will be responsible for service charges
Alternatively, Dandara rentals can continue to manage the property and a management fee of 11% of the tenancy will be introduced
